Looking back on 2019 and forward to 2020

Kelly completed this quilt for friends, one of whom is over 6' tall. It was important to her that he could wrap up in the quilt comfortably. I'm happy that she enjoys quilt-making and gift-giving so much.

The coast of Maine is a beautiful place to be inspired and at peace.

Work in process - a postage stamp quilt made entirely out of 1 1/2" scraps.  The blocks are 5 x 5 measuring 5" finished squares.  The quilt is 12 blocks by 15 blocks with 4,200 pieces of 1" squares, and at least one of them is a half square triangle.  I'll post more photos of the finished quilt and the details in March 2020.
